A Day in the Life of an Office/Customer Service Associate

As an Office / Customer Service Associate, you are an invaluable member of our office team. You are tasked with managing a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails. Listening carefully, you identify and assess our customers’ needs and then provide them with accurate information to help resolve their concerns. As you interact over the phone, you enter a detailed record of the call into our database. You also process and file any documents related to the call. As needed, you schedule technicians to go out to our customers’ homes.

You also maintain our financial records by reviewing any outstanding bills and reaching out to clients as needed. Using your positive and friendly disposition, you also create our weekly blog and social media posts to keep our customers informed. By going the extra mile, you assure our customers that they can trust our company with even their toughest electrical challenges. It brings you great joy seeing that our customers are taken care of!

Qualifications for an Office/Customer Service Associate

  • Experience using Google Docs

Experience with QuickBooks, Service Titan, and marketing is preferred but not required. Are you a self-motivated problem solver? Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Can you effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Do you understand the importance of teamwork? If yes, you might just be perfect for this full-time position!
