We previously had them replace our smoke detectors and install a surge protector. We were so impressed with their work that we called them recently for a bigger job, upgrading us to 200 amp service.
Their estimate was accurate and more than fair, the electricians and their team are highly skilled and happy to inform us of every step. They arranged everything from the contractors doing the digging as our wiring is underground, arranging permits, contacting Eversource as well as arranging the final inspection. The Crowe team was respectful of our home and property. Once the job was complete the worksite was in great shape. They also took the time to explain and show us exactly what was done. Also, the office staff was well informed, friendly and efficient. They coordinated times that worked for us and answered our many questions. We could not recommend Crowe more highly.
