Can't speak highly enough of the service received from Kris and the team from Crowe.  Fast, neat, professional in all ways, and clearly had the knowledge to do the job correctly.  Would recommend (and often have recommended) Crowe to friends and neighbors.  This is the fourth job Crowe has done for us, and both were excellent. Customer service is terrible. I called because their work crew accidentally came onto my property and cut the power to my house when they were supposed to be working across the street. No harm, no foul, power was restored. However, the girl who answered hung up after stating they weee working across the street. I called back and she insisted I was wrong, that they were never at my house and didn’t turn off the power. They did. That’s not how you handle complaint calls. I am very satisfied with the electrical work these technicians at Crowe did iindtslling and upgrading my electrical panel in my home they are experienced and knowledgeable in their field. They were professional. Respectful and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an electrical company.
